Delivery information

Delivery is charged at a Flat Rate of £3.50 or £7.00 based on the weight of your order.

If you spend £50 or more then delivery is on us!

All orders will be sent out with Royal Mail, Second Class, unless you opt for a faster delivery method.

On occasion we may use a courier such as Evri or DPD. If this is the case we will send you your tracking number for convenience.

Most orders are dispatched same or next day, depending on when we receive your order. We cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by the Royal Mail or any of the other couriers we use.

If you are dissatisfied with your sweets, you have 14 days to contact us and return the sweets (at your expense) for a refund.
