Products:
We aim to describe the goods as accurately as possible, but occasionally we may have to substitute an item if it is out of stock.

Delivery:
The delivery charge is £3.50/£7.00 dependent on weight, or free if you reach our spending target. We can only deliver to UK addresses, not PO Box addressees.

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and selected couriers
We aim to dispatch your goods within one working day, and delivery will normally be within 3 working days.  However we cannot be held responsible for any loss which results as a result of delays.
There must be someone available to take delivery of goods, otherwise re-delivery will have to be arranged directly with Royal Mail or our chosen courier.

Returns:
We will accept returns for any faulty items, but we must be contacted first.
We will not be liable for postage costs of returned items.

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order this must be done before your item is dispatched, either by telephone or email.

Payment:
We process all payments through Stripe & Paypal.  Accepted payments methods include:

American Express

Privacy: 
The information you provide is used solely for the purposes of processing your order.  We may use these details to contact you if there is a query with your order.
We will not sell or rent your personal details to others.
